Sami has 15 years of NHS and private digital health experience spanning primary care commissioning, digital transformation, PHE and DH Programme Management alongside high-growth health tech leadership. He has developed a well-rounded perspective on innovation as a health commissioner, policy analyst and private provider of innovation.
Sami is the Director of Strategic Development and Partnership at Feebris, a mobile-based software platform, powered by AI, that helps users detect and monitor complex health conditions.
Prior to this, Sami was the Primary Care Transformation Lead at South West London Health and Care Partnership (SWL STP), an NHS body that oversees the health and care of 1.6 million patients in London. Sami is particularly interested in digital transformation and the routes to accessing health services across primary and urgent care. Sami was pivotal in the initial ‘Digital First’ pilots across London where he had a focus on ensuring access to healthcare was consistent, easy to navigate and was at the appropriate service for all patients.
Sami also provides strategic support to several voluntary sector organisations and was the founding chairman of the London based food poverty charity Sufra NW London, a charity that now supports over 20,000 vulnerable people a year.
