Elisa holds a BS in Biology and an MS in Industrial Engineering (Human Factors) and has worked as a User Experience (UX) research and design practitioner, manager, teacher, director, and mentor for over 30 years. She has created a number of teams and worked to develop talent, establish infrastructure and processes to ensure the delivery of excellence and innovation to and create effective, efficient and happy mixed capability teams. She also works with clients at a high level to identify the essence of their vision and deliver a strategy and roadmap to achieve it. 

Elisa is a published author and researcher, an invited speaker, and has presented papers, keynotes and workshops at conferences including, UXPA, HF&E, ACM CHI, InternetWorld, PME, and UXD Healthcare as well numerous blogs on UX in Pharma and healthcare.  She is an invited lecturer at a number of universities a member of Goldsmith’s Industrial Advisory Board UX MSc and University of West of London Industrial Advisor for the Health Informatics MSc.
