Nightingale H2020 has published its request for tenders, as part of its Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) process launched in February.

Tender documents are now available on Tenders Electronic Daily or via the Nightingale H2020 website.
Launch of the tender process follows a four-month open market consultation, which ran from February to June.
What is Nightingale H2020?
Nightingale is a Pre-Commercial Procurement Horizon 2020 project seeking to develop innovative wireless and wearable technology that can be integrated into a clinical decision support system. The project has received €5.3 million funding from the European Commission.
The Nightingale project team, made up of researchers from five leading academic hospitals in Europe, want to design wearable technology that can continuously monitor patients’ vital signs, including blood results and other clinical data, as well as ensuring early warning of actual deterioration in and out of hospital.
