TEDx talk from NIA Fellow, Sophie Bostock, now live

A TEDx talk presented at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine by NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA) Fellow and Sleep Evangelist, Sophie Bostock, is now available to view online.

Sophie Bostock focuses on public health and digital medicine in her TEDx talk at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Sophie uses the magic recipe of global best-seller Harry Potter, to show how, with the help of mobile technology, we can combat the dark forces of the debilitating condition, insomnia.

Sophie Bostock, PhD, is a passionate advocate for the importance of sleep for health and wellbeing. As a Sleep Evangelist at Big Health, she is working towards the company’s mission to help millions of people to improve their sleep and mental wellbeing by harnessing the power of digital medicine.

Sophie has a PhD in Health Psychology from UCL and collaborates with colleagues at the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute at the University of Oxford. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organised by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
