Matea Deliu

Dr Matea Deliu is academic GP, Chief Clinical Information Officer at Bromley Healthcare, Associate Chief Clinical Information Officer at Guy’s & St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and Clinical Lead for Digital Delivery at South East London Integrated Care Board, alongside frontline clinical practice as an academic GP at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Her work spans clinical safety assurance, technology evaluation, and policy development for digital and AI-enabled tools at system scale. She is an Expert in Residence at London Business School, a mentor on the NHS Innovation Accelerator, and primary care lead within the Responsible AI UK Health and Social Care working group. She holds a PhD in Health Informatics and grounds her leadership in the conviction that safe, scalable innovation demands both clinical credibility and systems-level thinking.
