Dr Melinda Rees is CEO at Psyomics and passionate about delivering better mental health services.

Psyomics is improving access to care for all those that need it. They are a precision mental health technology company spun out from Cambridge University working with the NHS and independent sector in the UK, US, Middle East and beyond. Their multi-functional digital platform enables personalised care at pace.

In the last 10 years, Melinda has enjoyed a series of strategic leadership positions in the international and independent healthcare sector, in start-up, scale-up and enterprise executive roles. Before joining the independent sector, a psychologist by background, she earned her stripes in a 20-year career as a clinical leader in the NHS.
