Karen is Head of Transformation for mental health at Oxehealth. Oxehealth works alongside patients, doctors and nurses to develop technology to transform the diagnosis, care and experience of mental health patients. In contrast to physical health, mental health has not had the benefit of significant technology investment and it was the opportunity to address this gap that attracted Karen to join Oxehealth in April 22.
Prior to her role at Oxehealth, Karen was part of the founding team at start up healthcare quality app, Tendable (Perfect Ward). Karen led on business development for several years and developed a passion for supporting frontline staff in utilising technology to improve and empower them to drive quality improvements.
Karen started her career in Price Waterhouse Coopers as a consultant and has worked in strategic development and M&A roles in a number of industries including defence, financial services and retail.
