Maddie Julian, MA, PGCE is the CEO & Co-Founder of award winning DigiBete, the NHS funded diabetes self-management Platform and App for young people and families, offering community led, yet clinically approved wrap around support.
A teacher by profession, Maddie and has always worked with under-represented communities. DigiBete was founded following the diagnosis of her baby with type 1 diabetes.
Overall, Maddie’s passion is for serving her community of young people & families living with long term conditions and she has a strong belief in peer supported learning, enabled through DigiBete’s community-led, yet clinically approved approach.
