Ali co-founded Pyrexia after watching talented colleagues chase paperwork for weeks. Pyrexia is an AI-enabled platform that unifies recruitment, onboarding, and compliance into a single flow, anchored by a built-in digital staff passport. By automating the heavy lifting- extracting data, shortlisting candidates, or validating credentials- it frees up staff to focus on patient care. This “single source of truth” also enables staff to move safely between organisations in days rather than months.
