Dr Dongli Li is a biomedical researcher with a PhD in Healthcare Innovation from the University of Oxford. With more than a decade of experience in neurological research, her work has focussed on addressing the unmet rehabilitation needs of people living with neurological conditions. Dongli is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully translated multiple research concepts into regulated medical devices and launched them in the UK market.

Motivated by witnessing the significant therapy gaps faced by patients with neurological conditions, Dongli co-founded Beautiful Voice with colleagues from Oxford to transform adult speech and language therapy. By combining rigorous academic research with advanced AI, Beautiful Voice enhances therapy intensity, accessibility, and measurable outcomes while reducing service pressures.
