DOC2UK is a multiple framework-approved digital recruitment platform that streamlines senior medical recruitment (non-trainee) for NHS Trusts.

Dr Naveen Keerthi is an NHS T&O/ED doctor with a keen interest in pastoral support and onboarding new doctors. Having relocated from overseas, he brings first-hand experience of settling into the system and navigating career progression within the NHS.

During his NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and UCLP Innovation Fellowship, he founded the Doc2UK platform and worked on projects designed to support overseas doctors, reduce unnecessary agency costs, improve continuity of care, and help reduce waiting lists.

At Doc2UK, he ensures adherence to the WHO and NHS Employers’ Code of Practice for Ethical International Recruitment, while actively supporting the career guidance and progression of new doctors.
