Olivia Collier
Dr Olivia Collier has worked as an NHS clinician for over 10 years. She became interested in moving into digital innovation after recognising the limitations within the system and traditional models of care.
As a founding clinician at Speek, she has led the clinical strategy for a digital platform supporting children and adolescents who self-harm, as well as their parents. She has integrated evidence-based psychological approaches with digital tools, co-designing and piloting the platform with families, neurodiverse parents, and clinicians across two NHS services. This has required balancing rapid innovation with clinical safety, governance, and NHS standards.
Alongside frontline clinical work, she has contributed to large research trials, trained clinicians, and engaged extensively with stakeholders including NHS leaders, commissioners, investors, and policymakers. She has presented strategy to NHS executives and secured cross-sector partnerships to support scalable, ethical, and inclusive mental health innovation.
