Saran Muthiah

Saran Muthiah is a Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist with over 20 years of NHS experience working with children with neurodisability and neurodevelopmental conditions. Through frontline clinical practice, he repeatedly encountered the same systemic failures: delayed diagnosis, fragmented communication between services, and families left without support between appointments.

That experience led him to found EnrichMyCare, a clinician designed, AI-enabled digital platform improving how care is delivered for children with autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy. He has led its development and deployment across NHS Trusts, achieving a 40% reduction in assessment time, complex diagnoses resolved in a single appointment, and family satisfaction above 90%.

EnrichMyCare is NIHR-funded, DTAC certified, and actively deployed across NHS neurodevelopmental and epilepsy services in England. Saran’s work combines deep clinical expertise with digital innovation and system-level thinking to redesign care pathways at scale. He is particularly focused on AI and structured data to support earlier clinical decision-making, reduce waiting times, and enable personalised, proactive care across health and education settings.
