Holly Health is an innovative solution that addresses this need for personalised support. The platform provides a personalised, achievable, structured approach to behaviour change, for mental and physical health, using the latest psychological science and data-driven AI technology.
Holly Health drives self-management for all major lifestyle health areas and long term conditions, making it suitable for both primary and secondary prevention (i.e. after already living with long term conditions). Using the platform, patients build appropriate habits for them, in turn reducing the need for extra support from clinicians. This frees-up resources, and enables accessible, affordable, support to those who otherwise are on their own.
