Tribe is a co-produced, digitally led (AI) innovation for care marketplace shaping. The platform maps and predicts future patterns in community demand for care and support, then acts as a workforce development tool to connect and grow diverse community provision to directly meet projected shortfall in System capacity.
Capacity is provided in the form of paid micro support providers, volunteers and community groups to form a blended model of community support restoring genuine choice and control back to the individual’s sourcing support. Tribe can include a locality specific spectrum of support, for example formal care, home maintenance, checking-in services as well as an interface with local community groups.
Tribe has demonstrated its ability to create well paid high quality employment directly into areas of high social and economic inequalities. They have successfully used community care demand as an economic driver to increase GDP per capita inside previously stagnant economic localities.
