Alison joined the team in June 2024 as NIA’s programme coordinator. She provides operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the learning and support elements of the programme.

She is a people and projects enthusiast who is passionate about networks, inclusion, bringing people together and looking for any opportunity to support others to thrive in their work. Her previous roles have been in the education, charity, and health sectors, as project co-coordinator, administrator, coach, trainer-facilitator and team leader, where her specialties lie in mental health, employability and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Alison holds a BA Hons in Information Management & Finance.

Away from NIA, Alison is working to complete her Diploma in Personal & Professional Coaching. She is a member of her local Patient Participation Group and an active member of a global peer counselling network. She is also a carer to her father who has Vascular Dementia.
