
Alison Reeves
Alison joined the NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA) in June 2024 as Programme Coordinator, providing operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme’s learning and support offer.
With a background spanning education, charity, and health sectors, Alison has worked as a project coordinator, coach, trainer-facilitator, and team leader. Her expertise lies in mental health, employability, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. She is passionate about connecting people, building inclusive networks, and supporting others to thrive in their work.
Alison holds a BA (Hons) in Information Management and Finance and is currently completing a Diploma in Personal & Professional Coaching. She is actively involved in her local Patient Participation Group and is part of a global peer counselling network.
Alongside her professional commitments, Alison is a dedicated carer for her father, who has Vascular Dementia—an experience that informs her empathy and people-focused approach.
