
Karen Molloy
Karen plays a central role in the smooth running of the NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA), providing vital administrative and operational support across the programme. Her responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, managing events and meetings, overseeing the NIA inbox, and handling complex diary scheduling for the team.
She supports Fellows by responding to queries, facilitating their Sprint plans, and ensuring timely communication. Karen also leads on key financial administration tasks, including processing invoices, purchase orders (POs), and memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
In addition, Karen contributes to the NIA’s reporting for its governance structures, ensuring accurate and timely updates for boards and stakeholders. Her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities make her an integral part of the team’s success.
Karen’s work helps ensure the NIA remains responsive, efficient, and focused on supporting the scaling of impactful innovations across the health and care system.
