Morgan McKean

Morgan is the Delivery Manager for the NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA), where she connects the NHS with proven innovations that address key system challenges. She has been part of the NIA team since 2019.

Morgan brings a wealth of experience in innovation delivery and implementation, having worked both on the product side and within healthcare Trusts. Prior to her role at NIA, she worked in health promotion for national and international charities and in communications for global consumer brands, honing her ability to drive impact across diverse sectors.

Morgan holds an MSc in Global Health and Development from University College London and a BSc in Advertising from the University of Florida (USA). Her multidisciplinary background enables her to bridge the gap between innovation and healthcare delivery, supporting the scaling of high-impact solutions across the NHS.
