Remcare is a web-based application that enables a proactive approach to planned care clinical pathways by algorithmic risk stratification of patients at every step of their perioperative journey to get the right patient to the right care at the right time.
The platform enables digital pre-anaesthetic assessments freeing up clinical capacity. Highlights patients on waiting lists at risk of deterioration to help with clinical prioritisation and reduce health inequalities.
