Nader Alaghband is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ampersand Health, a behavioural health company focused on immunology and inflammation that supports patients (and their clinicians) as they make the journey from diagnosis to remission.

Nader has spent the last 20 years at the intersection of social impact and emerging technologies, and has founded, scaled and exited businesses in climate tech and digital health along the way. He started his career in foreign policy, working in think tanks and in the field before returning to London in 2005.

Nader is a graduate of Cornell University, a Trustee of the Howard League for Penal Reform and of Compass Learning Partnership, and chair of governors at Woodfield School.
