Tom was supported by the NIA Programme in 2021-22 and was COO & Co-Founder of Maxwell Plus, the world’s first AI medical device for prostate cancer. Before Maxwell Plus, Tom founded a tech company focused on helping children with Cystic Fibrosis and was an Associate with McKinsey & Company.
