Model of care which digitally connects people with long-term neurological conditions to their primary and specialist care teams to receive timely advice, supported by a rapid diagnostics and treatment pathway.
NeuroResponse combines technology, humanity and quality to improve the lives of people with long-term neurological conditions (LTNCs). This co-designed unique model of care is centred on digital technology and addresses current fragmented care pathways. NeuroResponse offers access to expert neurology advice, shorter waiting times for assessment of symptoms, early detection of infection, faster access to treatment, and intelligent, secure information sharing. As a collaborative solution, NeuroResponse generates improved clinical outcomes, lowers utilisation of health resources compared to existing NHS services, and reduces avoidable spend.
