building sustainable relationships with food and exercise. It provides an accessible and scalable
solution that is affordable, with an annual cost from just £0.15 per patient per year.

Studies have shown that adopting consistent small healthy habits in mid-life can add 7-10 additional life years on average, and Holly Health’s outcomes data show consistent habit creation. After just eight weeks of using the platform, 86% of users report the development of new automatic health behaviours/habits, and 33% of users feel they need less support from their GP.
