Pogo Digital Healthcare’s ‘Tailored Talks’ is a mobile and web based digital platform that gives patients bespoke self-management information, symptom tracking tools, and links into our charity partners for further support. Also providing powerful analytics to NHS decision makers.

Tailored Talks also has shown reduce symptom severity in their pilots, across all areas of evaluation.

The impact

Reduction in symptom severity. In our pilot for Long Covid, patients showed a dramatic reduction in symptom severity between months one and 3 of using our tool

Increased charity referrals/reduction of burden on primary care. 46% of people using our product were directly referred to our charity partners for support
