Juliet Armstrong
Juliet has over 30 years’ experience of large-scale transformational change and digital transformation. She has worked with Boards and senior leadership teams in over 20 FTSE 100/250, public and private-equity backed organisations across many sectors (retail, health, consumer goods, media and financial services) and many business environments (e.g. start-up, growth, M&A, turnaround).
As a partner she helped to grow a successful international management consultancy (The Berkeley Partnership) three times in the top ten of the Sunday Times “100 Best Small Companies to Work for” and she is currently a NED at South West London and St. Georges mental health NHS trust.
Juliet has really enjoyed helping some of the world’s and UK’s best-loved organisations to innovate and grow and believes an inclusive approach with people, relationships and culture at the heart makes for successful transformation. She mentors and coaches senior leaders and founders (including at Digitalhealth.London), and enjoys sharing her experience as well as continuing to learn from others. She has a degree in Mining Geology from Imperial College, London and an MBA from Nottingham University Business School.
