Dr Mayur Vibhuti is an experienced GP having been a GP partner for 10 years and graduated from Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ Medical School in London. He is passionate about new ideas, enabling collaborative change and empowering others, which has led him into a varied career alongside clinical practice consisting of Medical Education, Primary Care provider start-ups and is currently a GP Clinical Lead for Digital, Quality & Learning at Kent & Medway ICS, as well as the GP Associate Dean for Kent ICS Training Hubs.  Within Medway & Swale ICP he co-founded an integrated system wide innovation hub. He is also an NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow and a Visiting Reader in Medical Leadership at Canterbury Christ Church University where he set up a multi-professional leadership program to empower a community of change-makers. When not trying to be at the forefront of change Mayur is prone to daydream about surfing.
