Tristi has worked over 25 years in and with technologists on transformation and change across US NGO, UK public sector organisations and global private sector firms. Named in Computer Weekly’s 2023 “UKTech50 longlist” and “Top 50 Most Influential Women in UK Tech”.

Currently working in the NHS, she supports the design, development and delivery of the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Clinical Information Officer’s priorities on research, innovation and transformation through leadership and digital enablers. Tristi adapts her multi-disciplinary experience – health and care, public services, education, and technology – using knowledge and experience in design and systems thinking, engaging on the opportunities and barriers of emerging technologies and monitoring industry standards and practices. 

She is keen to identify, adapt and apply techniques that reduce the avoidable, unintended negative impacts of digital transformation and enable community agency in health and care service design. Tristi connects her purpose with like-minded professional networks and groups, seeking to promote solutions that reduce inequalities and proactively involve affected communities and population groups, while enabling sustainable change.
