
Sh’anesu Rusike
Sh’anesu is the NIA Project Manager, responsible for supporting the operational delivery of the overall NIA Programme.
She has a rich public sector background, starting her career at PHE (now UKHSA), before progressing through the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme with a focus on Finance. She holds a BSc (Hons) Accounting and Management degree, and is a CIPFA part-qualified public finance accountant, with a Post Grad Certificate in Health Leadership delivered through the NHS Leadership Academy’s Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme. Sh’anesu transitioned to Project Management, with a special interest in improving patient care and championing financial literacy within the organisation. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is passionate about women empowerment and community development, and she is also a published illustrator, artist and freelance writer.
